Rockport Attorneys Attend National Trial Lawyer Convention

A & D.jpgRockport attorneys, Don Briggs and Alison Wholey Briggs joined a select group of trial attorneys to participate in the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Annual Convention from July 20-23 in San Francisco. Attendance was limited to member attorneys who represent personal injury clients.

The convention provided multiple opportunities for continuing legal education from the nation’s top trial attorneys who shared the latest developments in trial advocacy, analyses of recent court decisions, and winning strategies for personal injury cases. Significant time was also dedicated to networking sessions and expert witness presentations. The overall emphasis was to strengthen trial techniques in order to provide the best level of representation for injured clients.

According to Don Briggs, “Attending these legal education sessions gave me new ideas to better represent my clients and improved my trial techniques.” “Our clients expect and deserve a personal injury lawyer with advanced skills. Trading information with other national trial specialists helps keep me ahead of the curve in the courtroom.” said Alison Wholey Briggs.
